My Approach

I maintain a person-centered philosophy in everything I do. I approach every individual with curiosity, not presumption, seeking to understand their unique perspectives and experiences. Your journey begins by aligning with your story, exploring how nature and nurture have shaped you and reframing the past as an asset, not a liability.

Life, as we perceive it, feels like reality to all, but each of us is uniquely built. I work with real-world people facing real-world problems: career transitions, relationship challenges, life purpose questions, stress management, decision-making crossroads. These aren’t “disorders” to diagnose, they’re the complexities of being human. You’re not here to be fixed; you’re here to improve, to grow, to gain clarity on your path forward.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. You know what you need, what resonates with you, and what kind of relationship will work best for your growth. My role isn’t to impose solutions or label experiences, it’s to create a space where you can explore, discover, and move forward with greater intention and clarity.

My Mission

To make the world a better place one moment at a time, one person at a time; with honesty, open-mindedness, and willingness anything is possible. When learning from the past, living in the present, and planning for the future, we can make a difference in the lives of everyone today.

What This Actually Means

That mission has been forged through my own journey of self-discovery. I’ve walked the path of realizing that what I once saw as barriers were actually stepping stones to growth. What I once perceived as impediments, even people, became individuals journeying with me rather than against me. That transformation changed everything about how I see therapy, how I see people, and how I practice.

My mission is to help people uncover their strengths, navigate challenges, and create lives rooted in clarity and purpose. I believe in empowering individuals to embrace their unique stories, transforming past experiences into stepping stones for growth, because I’ve lived that transformation myself.

I also believe mental health care has approached wellness backward for too long. We’ve been conditioned to seek support only when we’re struggling or overwhelmed. We don’t treat our physical health that way, we get annual physicals, preventive screenings, wellness check-ins. Why should our mental and emotional well-being be any different?

That’s why I’m passionate about preventive mental wellness: establishing your baseline when you’re doing well, so you have a point of reference and a toolkit when life inevitably gets challenging. Think of it as an Annual Mental Health Physical, proactive care for your mind and emotional well-being, not just crisis intervention.

My Background

For a long time, I lived in the language of systems. I am a licensed CPA in the state of Florida, and I spent years learning how things are built, how they hold together, and how they quietly fail the people they were meant to serve. Numbers made sense to me. They still do. But somewhere along the way I noticed that the systems around care were rarely built around the person inside them.

So I changed direction. I am now a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and one of the founders of Insightful Edge Therapy, here in Palm Beach County. The two paths were never as separate as they looked. One taught me how structure works. The other taught me why people get stuck inside it. Together they became the work I do now, helping people move through pressure, transition, and the quiet questions of purpose that shape a life.

I don’t believe you are broken. I believe you are calibrated for a world that changed. That is not a flaw to fix. It is a starting point to understand.

At Insightful Edge Therapy, we work with people ready to invest in that understanding, with clear expectations, honest pricing, and room to move at your own pace. And we are building toward more, a way to carry this preventive, person-centered approach to the people who need it most. Stay Curious.
